The Iron Paradise. Our massive first floor holds 5 to 200 lb dumbbells and power lifting equipment from brands like Nautilus, Body Master, Cybex, Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and more.
Our second floor contains more than 60 cardio machines, a full body circuit and additional free weight equipment.
The third floor holds our group fitness studio, where certified instructors will guide you through a variety of classes including Kickboxing, X-fit, Spin, Zumba, Yoga, Barre and more.

Family owned and operated since 1980. Jersey Shore Fitness Shop got its start across the street from its current location, in a small one room 'key club' style gym. After expanding into our location on Brinley Avenue, the Fitness Shop began offering group classes and personal training opportunities. Forty years later the Fitness Shop is still providing the Jersey Shore with the best weight lifting, cardiovascular training and group classes in the tristate area.
